IT Support Specialist

Vianet is currently looking to employ a full-time IT Support Specialist.

Responsibilities include:

  1. End-User Desktop Support
  2. Microsoft 365 Administration
  3. Troubleshooting ICT systems, including investigating and finding solutions for problems on clients’ PCs and networks;
  4. Network Setup and Administration
  5. Providing technical support at clients’ premises;
  6. Providing remote support for clients.

The candidates must:

  1. Hold at least 2 years’ experience working in desktop support, and network maintenance.
  2. Have a relevant qualification in information systems support.
  3. Be proficient with the Microsoft 365 suite and SharePoint Online.
  4. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Be a logical thinker and have excellent problem-solving / troubleshooting skills.
  6. Be able to communicate in fluent English.
  7. Work on his / her own initiative with minimal supervision.
  8. Have a driving licence.
  9. Have a passion for ICT.

Preference will be given to candidates that possess relevant certifications on the support of Microsoft Desktop and Server systems.
