Vianet is currently looking to employ a full-time Support Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating, assigning, and scheduling incoming support requests to the operations team

  2. Keeping clients up-to date with their support requests

  3. Projects Coordination

  4. Forecasting team productivity and scheduling out all calendars

  5. Product quoting and procurement

  6. Maintaining a product stock system

  7. Maintaining a very high-level of Customer Service Quality

  8. Working with the Accounts Executive to support product invoicing

  9. Helping to improve the support department’s efficiency


The candidates must:

  1. Have a basic background in ICT

  2. have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  3. be a logical thinker and have excellent organisational skills.

  4. be able to work in a team.

  5. be fluent in Maltese and English.

  6. work on his / her own initiative with minimal supervision.

  7. have a passion for excellent Customer Service and ICT.
